Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Go to the Register page, enter your name and email, set a password, and verify your email address. You can also sign in with Google.
What data should I add first?
Add a car, then start logging refuels or charging sessions. This helps the dashboard show meaningful statistics right away.
Vehicles
How many cars can I track?
The Free and Simple plans allow 1 car. Ultimate allows up to 3 cars.
Can I edit or remove a car later?
Yes. Go to Profile → Cars, select a car, and update the details. Deleting a car removes associated entries.
Refueling & Charging
How do I add a refuel or charging session?
Open the dashboard, choose a car, then click “Add refuel” or “Add charge”. Fill in the date, mileage, amount, and cost.
How are averages calculated?
The dashboard summarizes your last entries to calculate total cost and average cost per day. Consumption is computed from mileage and volume where applicable.
Expenses
What counts as an expense?
Any non‑fuel cost such as maintenance, insurance, repairs, or other services. You can create your own categories.
How do reminders work?
Set a reminder date or mileage threshold when creating an expense. The system will notify you before the due date or mileage.
Plans & Limits
Free plan
Includes 1 car and 90‑day history for refuels and expenses.
Simple plan
Includes 1 car, unlimited refueling history, and expenses history.
Ultimate plan
Includes up to 3 cars, full history, reminders, and receipt recognition for refuels.
Billing
How do I upgrade or manage my plan?
Go to Profile → Subscription and choose a plan. For existing subscriptions, use “Manage the plan” to open Stripe billing.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which supports major cards and local methods depending on your country.
Data & Security
Is my data safe?
We apply standard security measures and only use data to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Use myauto.today/delete-me to remove your account and data.
